A refundable deposit of $150 will be held on your card at the time of rental and released once the hair dryer and all accessories are returned in good condition

Rental Duration & Security
Your rental includes use of a luxury hair tool for the duration selected. To protect against damage, loss, or theft, you authorize Mane Voyage to securely store your payment method on file for the duration of the rental.

Region-Specific Device Use
Dyson hair tools are region-specific. Devices are manufactured for use only in the country or region they were designed for, and they may not function properly—or safely—if used elsewhere. For example, a UK device cannot be used in the EU, and an EU device cannot be used in the UK. By renting, you agree that you will only use the product in the region for which it was intended. The use of voltage converters, plug adapters, or any other electrical modification devices is strictly prohibited. If the device is damaged due to use in an unauthorized region or with prohibited adapters/converters, you will be held liable for repair or full replacement costs.

Card-on-File Authorization
You consent to allow Mane Voyage to place a temporary hold or initiate a charge on your card up to the full replacement value of the item(s) in the event of damage, non-return, or late return. This authorization remains valid for up to 21 days after your rental ends.

Extended Rentals
If your rental exceeds 7 days, you agree that we may request additional re-authorization of your card at the 7-day mark to maintain security coverage. You will receive an email with instructions if any action is needed.

Replacement Charges
You will not be charged unless your rental item is returned late, returned damaged, or not returned at all. In such cases, you may be charged up to the full replacement value of the device and its accessories. Minor cosmetic wear is expected; however, significant damage, missing parts, or improper use (including use outside the intended region or with prohibited adapters/converters) may result in partial or full replacement charges.

Declined Re-Authorization
If re-authorization fails, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the remainder of your rental, and to contact you directly to resolve the issue.
